Vegan Nacho Cheeze
1 Red bell pepper. Cut and seeded.
1 Cup of silken tofu.
1 Cup raw cashews. Soaked in warm water for at least 10 mins.
1/2 Cup of nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp of lemon juice.
1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tsp of cayenne pepper.
Salt to taste
Marvel at cheezy goodness.

Be aware that this is hot so maybe add less cayenne :)
